H20 Evolution Q & A's

How long has PA Water Specialists, Inc. been in business?

PA Water Specialists, Inc. has been in business since 1984. Located at 312 E. Walnut St., in downtown Lancaster, PA since 1993, we service the entire Central PA region.

How will my H2O Evolution drinking water system compare to my current bottled water delivery system?

The H2O Evolution system is designed to be a “closed system” of purified water delivery, meaning once the water enters the unit and has been filtered and treated, the quality cannot be compromised as the entire treatment process is self-contained. The “open system” of a bottled water dispenser allows bacteria, algae, airborne and other contaminants to infiltrate the water supply.

What if I currently don’t have bottled water?

Many of our customers did not initially provide their employees with drinking water beyond perhaps a fountain or sink (see Why Water is Important to Your Business). However, once they had a chance to evaluate the convenience and cost effectiveness the H2O Evolution system, they decided that the small monthly outlay was important to the quality of the workplace environment.

How do I determine my monthly bottled water usage and rental costs?

Just take a moment and fill out the online survey and either email or print it out and fax it to us at 717-293-1205. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a customized Cost Analysis of your current situation versus the H2O Evolution system. Most customers have saved an average of 30% or more a month on their drinking water service!

How is my H2O Evolution system installed and serviced?

The professionals at PA Water Specialists will take care of all the installation, service and maintenance over the terms of your rental agreement. We use a saddle valve to tap into your existing water service and run a flexible tubing to deliver the water to the H2O Evolution unit. We’re experts at timely, quality installations that won’t affect the look or aesthetics of your workplace. Additionally, we provide scheduled maintenance and filter changes tailored to the usage requirements of each individual customer and system, at no extra cost!

What is the difference between the H2O Evolution Microfiltration and Reverse Osmosis (R/O) systems?

Microfiltration is a .05 micron filter used in series with sediment, pre and post carbon filters. The ultraviolet light then provides continuous disinfection every time water is dispensed. The Microfiltration system is recommended for municipal water service since the water has already been treated and processed to safe drinking water standards.

Reverse Osmosis (R/O) is one of the most widely recognized methods of treating well water service where the quality of the water may be subject to nitrates, lead, giardia cysts, cryptosporidium, mercury, arsenic and other contaminants. When used in conjunction with the UV light, the H2O Evolution R/O system provides guaranteed, consistent water quality.

What if our business moves or expands?

Just let us know 30 days prior to your move so we can schedule an uninstall and reinstall of your system(s) at your new location. If your business expands either physically or by number of employees, we’ll be happy to review your current agreement and work with you to add the appropriate equipment to meet your needs.

Besides my monthly H2O Evolution unit rental, will there be any additional costs?

No. The General Warranty Agreement covers all maintenance, service, parts and repairs during the entire length of your rental agreement. If we can’t fix it in a timely, workmanlike manner, we’ll replace it. There are no hidden costs, fees or service charges beyond the approved Rental Agreement.
